The Conexus Nuclear Professional Development Seminar (NPDS) is our flagship learning and development program.  

Endorsed by the World Association of Nuclear Operators and the program of choice for nuclear utilities in Canada and around the world, NPDS fosters the next generation of nuclear leaders through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on experience.  

Our three-week, technology-neutral program connects participants with a network of international experts and industry peers, with exclusive access to nuclear utilities worldwide. Program focus areas include:
